Yes, none of the purchases are recurring.
Immediately after purchase you’ll get downloadable files—perfect for reading on desktop, tablet, e-reader or your phone. Depending on your purchase you will be added to Jacob's training app where he can communicate with you and send through programs.
If you sign up for in person or online coaching Jacob will be able to accommodate any equipment limitations. The pre made Beginner program require nothing more than a floor and a light exercise band.
